We do not provide regulated professional services — our role is to keep daily life well-organised, socially active, and comfortable for your relative and to keep the wider family informed.
How do I get started? Is there a long sign-up process?
Getting started is straightforward. Contact us by phone or the form on this page, and we will arrange a short conversation to understand your family's situation. From there we prepare a simple outline of what we propose to arrange, and once you are happy we confirm the schedule together.
Can I arrange just one occasion, or does Wira only work on a recurring basis?
Both are possible. The Festive & Occasion Support programme is arranged per occasion. Errand & Appointment Logistics can be set up per outing or as a recurring weekly plan. The Social Engagement Programme runs as a monthly schedule. We discuss which fits best during our initial conversation.
How will I know what is happening with my relative each week?
We keep families informed through a shared calendar, confirmation messages after each errand or outing, and a monthly written summary for the Social Engagement Programme. You do not need to follow up with us — we make sure the update reaches you.
What are the pricing arrangements?
Festive & Occasion Support starts from RM 480 per occasion. Errand & Appointment Logistics starts from RM 1,200, arranged per outing or as a weekly plan. The Social Engagement Programme is RM 4,100 per month. Final pricing is confirmed once we understand the scope of your arrangement.
Do you operate across all of Sabah, or only in Kota Kinabalu?
Our main base is in Kota Kinabalu. We primarily serve families within the city and its surrounding areas. If your relative lives further afield in Sabah, please get in touch and we will let you know whether we can accommodate the arrangement.
How is my relative's privacy protected?
We only share information within your designated family contacts. We do not pass household details, schedules, or personal information to outside parties. All communication is kept within the scope of the arrangement agreed with your family.
